Long story short, when I adopted a whole-food plant based diet I started getting complements about how great I looked.
Months (and not years) later, not only had the weight stayed off but the fear of it coming back was also gone.
It’s important to understand that weight loss is not about how much you eat, but what you eat.
That means that when you don’t lose weight it is NOT because of your lack of will power, it’s because you are working against your biology.
Which is why you lose weight then put it back on, find yourself plateauing after 6-8 weeks or find it difficult to stick to the "diet."
I work 1-2-1 with my clients and help them adopt a diet centred around whole-plant foods. According to scientific research eating as many plants as possible (fruit, veg, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices), and as few animal products as possible

The aim of the coaching is to help you to better understand yourself.
I've spent years gaining a better understanding of human behaviour and how the brain works - its plasticity is remarkable. You can achieve your goals.
All these things generally happen outside our awareness, and it's very difficult to 'see' ourselves from the outside, which is why it's so important to get a coach.
We often find it hard to understand the 'why' behind our impulses (snacking), and our behaviour.
I'll help you to understand the 'why' so that you can become aware of it. Because you can't change something you're not aware of.
We're creatures of habit, and we're afraid of the unknown. That makes it difficult to change.
