Before working with Sophie I was struggling with yoyo dieting a lot. I'd have this burst of enthusiasm, but I would never really follow it through for any length of time. I would say to myself, “forget it, it’ll be all right, I'll just have a bit of this now and I’ll get back to it later.”

When I was in the car, I could go from one petrol station to another and buy crisps and chocolate.

Now, I’m more enthusiastic about and organised with meals. I feel healthier because of what I’m eating and also because of what I’m not eating. As for the crisps and chocolate I just don’t do that anymore. The dizzy spells have also stopped.


I want to continue to losing weight, but to do it in a way that’s sustainable. I think the way that Sophie has helped me with it is sustainable as I’m not hungry, I can eat what I need to eat not to be hungry.
